How It Works
Step 1 — Complete the Online Programme
Level 2 is delivered entirely online and can be completed at your own pace, from anywhere in the world. No in-person attendance is required to pass and certify.
Work through the programme in your own time, revisit modules as often as you need, and qualify when you are ready.
Step 2 — Join a SkinSmart™ Connection Day
Once you have completed the online programme, you are invited to attend a SkinSmart™ Level 2 Connection Day — held across the UK throughout the year.
These are not additional training days. They are professional gatherings for SkinSmart™ Level 2 graduates to come together, consolidate their learning, and connect with like-minded professionals.
On a Connection Day you can:
- Go through the course content in a live, supported environment
- Ask questions and get answers directly from your educator
- Practise techniques hands-on with fellow professionals
- Discuss real client scenarios and how to apply your knowledge
- Meet and connect with the SkinSmart™ community
Connection Days are optional, booked separately, and not included in the Level 2 course fee. They are designed to complement and enrich your online learning — not replace it.
